1.Under the provisions of Army Headquarters' letter no 83021/Q/RV-3 dt 20 Aug 1999, serum samples of non-Army horses for Coggins test for EIA can be sent directly to Central Military Veterinary Lab Meerut Cantt with the payment draft without prior approval of DG RVS.However, clubs/owners should endorse a copy of the request form to DG RVS.
